Residential · L5 finish · 6,200 sq ft

Summary
Attic finish-out converted to a bonus room with skip-trowel walls and Level 4 ceiling.
Scope
Challenge
Tight access through a pull-down stair meant boards had to be cut and routed up in pieces. Sloped ceilings made every inside corner a miter rather than a standard 90.
Approach
We pre-cut the larger sheets at the truck, broke the field into smaller runs than usual, and ran no-coat corner bead on the sloped angles to keep the lines clean. Finished under work light before the HVAC trim-out.
