Katy ceilings tend to be 9-foot standard with 10-foot great rooms, which is forgiving for Level 4 finishing. Coffered and tray ceilings are common in the higher-end Cross Creek Ranch and Falcon Point sections, and require more careful corner-bead work than a flat-spec subdivision. Knockdown texture is the residential default; we have current sample boards matched against multiple builder specs in the area.
How we work here
For insurance-claim remediation in Katy we work directly with the adjuster on Allstate, State Farm, USAA, and Farmers carrier-approved scopes. Documentation is dated-photo before-and-after, itemized invoice, signed completion certificate. For new construction in Cinco Ranch and Cross Creek Ranch we run from drop-off through final inspection with the GC handling the painter handoff.
